Steps

DO NOT MOVE OR RENAME any existing fragments/pages

1. Create new Folder Page called: Explore Redesign MM-20YY
2. Create a Base Ex. Fragment called Explore Tab MM-20YY
   1. This is used to build the new Explore Tab design
3. Create all relevant Base Ex. Fragment for the rest of the content and place them into “Explore Tab MM-20YY”
4. If reuse of old Fragment, then COPY those to the redesign folder – DO NOT MOVE THEM
5. When the new design is approved, open the current old Explore fragment, and create a version of the fragment.
6. Then remove all content fragments.
7. Then place the “Explore Tab MM-20YY” fragment into the Explore fragment on the English Language Master

Clone to Local Language Master

1. Clone the “Explore Redesign MM-20YY” folder to the Local Languange Master
2. Open the current old Explore Fragment and create a version of the fragment.
3. Then remove all content apart for the Bottom Fragment
4. Then place the “Explore Tab MM-20YY” fragment into the Explore fragment on the Local Language Master
5. The Local Language Master is now ready to be rolled out to the Live Copy

Rollout

1. Rollout the “Explore Redesign MM-20YY” folder to the Live Copy
2. Rollout/sync the Explore Fragment to the Live copy
3. Publish all the fragments inside the ”Explore Redesign MM-20YY” folder
4. Publish the Explore Fragment

Redesign is live on a Live Copy
– Remember to Unpublish the old content fragments on the Live Copy
